BENTELER at Tube 2016 - New products and innovation at the center
At the Tube 2016 from April 4 to 8, 2016, BENTELER Steel/Tube and BENTELER Distribution presented themselves jointly as an innovative and reliable development partner for the automotive, industry and energy markets. The two divisions of the BENTELER-Group showed a variety of tailor-made components and steel tube solutions in Dussledorf. Our global presence supports extensive exchange with our business partners and quick decisions.
Highlights of the nearly 500 square meter exhibition booth were with Zista Seal the presentation of a new generation of surface protection and the presentation of the new hot rolling mill in Shreveport, USA, from BENTELER Steel/Tube. with the new hot rolling mill in Shreveport (United States), BENTELER has secured a place as an international partner on the market for steel tubes. The facility in Louisiana is a key building block in the global growth strategy for the Steel/Tube Division. Another highlight: BENTELER Distribution presented ist central warehouse, which has been opened in October 2015 in Duisburg. The heart of the new warehouse is a fully automated high-bay rack, which with a height of 25 meters and 10,000 storage cassettes is the largest high-bay rack for the storage of tubes in Europe. with the new central warehouse, we are setting standards for availability and efficiency.
BENTELER Distribution is setting market standards with its new central warehouse. We stand for outstanding quality, short delivery times and customized processing. In a pleasant atmosphere, numerous discussions and networking with customers took place at five fair days. Altogether 69,500 trade visitors from 130 countries came to the Tube, mostly from Germany, Italy, Turkey, France, Poland and the Netherlands. With over 65 percent the share of international trade fair visitors is very high, nearly a third came from oversea.

The international tube trade fair Tube showed the full range of the tube production to tube and trading with tubes. The offer ranged from raw materials, tubes and accessories, equipment for producing tubes, used machines, process technology tools and auxiliaries, measurement, control and testing.
